What kinds of automation do you build?
Customer-facing chatbots, CRM systems, email flows and the behind-the-scenes workflows that connect your tools. If a task is repetitive, it's a candidate.
What does it cost?
Price on request: every scope is costed individually. After the free Automation Check you receive a binding fixed quote. In writing, before the project starts, with no hourly meter. What a recurring task costs you today, you can work through up front in our savings calculator.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. Every account, workflow, credential and piece of documentation stays in your name. There's no lock-in and nothing to lose access to if we ever stop working together.
How long does a project take?
Most first automations go live within two to four weeks, depending on scope. We scope it precisely before anything starts.
Which tools do you work with?
We're tool-agnostic. N8n, Make, Zapier, custom code and whichever AI models fit. We choose what's right for your stack, not what's easiest for us.
Is my data safe and GDPR-compliant?
We work data-minimised, build on reputable providers, and sign a data-processing agreement (Art. 28) where one is needed. We run the workflow engine on our own server at Hetzner in Germany; the AI models run with providers in the US, covered by standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (see the privacy policy). Before the start we document which provider touches which data. You stay the controller of your data throughout.
We already work with someone. Why switch?
No reason to switch while it works for you. The difference is in what you keep: everything we build is yours. Accounts, workflows, access, documentation, no lock-in. Every approach is tested and documented in the daily operations of our own business before we offer it, and data protection (a DPA under Art. 28 GDPR, every provider documented) is planned in from the start. A free Automation Check shows, with no obligation, whether we can add anything.
What happens if something breaks?
Every build is tested and documented before launch. On a Run & Optimize retainer we monitor it and fix issues as part of the plan; without one, fixes are handled on a best-effort basis.

We're not technical. Is that a problem?
No. That's the point of done-for-you. We handle the design, the build and the running; you tell us the bottleneck and review the result in plain language.
Which languages do you work in?
English, German and Turkish. Across the build, the conversations and the automations themselves.
Who owns the content and code you produce for us?
On full payment the bespoke automations, configurations and documentation we build for you are yours. Ownership or a perpetual licence, per our terms. We keep only our pre-existing tools and templates. Your accounts, data and content stay yours throughout.
Whose ad account do the ads run in?
Always your own. Meta, Google or otherwise. We manage the campaigns; the account, the spend and the audience data stay under your control and in your name.
How long am I committed for?
Projects end with acceptance. Retainers run monthly and can be cancelled with the notice period in our terms, unless we agree a minimum term with you in the order.
Do you guarantee results?
We don't promise a number we can't control. You get a documented scope, a system tested before go-live and monitoring afterwards; defects are remedied under the warranty rules in our terms.
Do you label AI-generated content?
Where the law requires it, including under the EU AI Act's transparency rules, yes. We flag AI-generated material accordingly rather than passing it off as something else.
